Puliyodhara
This recipe never fails me for instant lunch or long travel. I always store paste and powders ready for 2 weeks. Saves me from morning tension ;)
Ingredients:
- Pulikaichal paste - 4 tsp
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Idly sambar powder - 2 tsp
- Puliyodharai powder - 2 tsp (optional)
Recipe:
- Mix pulikaichal paste with the cooked rice thoroughly.
- Add both the powders and mix.
- Since required salt is added in paste no need for any additional.
