Ingredients
- Urad Dhal - 1 cup
- Bengal gram - 1/2 cup
- Coriander seeds - 1/4 cup
- Red chillies- 20
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Hing- 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
In a fry pan, add oil and once heat add urad dhal and fry a little. Add bengal gram and keep frying. Finally add coriander seeds as they become brown quickly. Add chillies.
When the color changes to light brown switch off and add hing.
Allow it to cool and then add salt grind to fine coarse.
Store in air tight container
