Pesarattu batter


Pesarattu is dish from andhrapradesh, so healthy and yummy quick recipe. Taste so good with chutney and sambar.


Ingredients:

  1. Green gram dhal - 1cup
  2. Fenu greek - 1 tsp
  3. Green chilly -1
  4. ginger - small piece 

Method:

  • Soak dhal with fenugreek for 2 hrs
  • Add ginger, green chilly  to the soaked dhal and grind to smooth paste
  • Dosa can be made without fermentation
Tastes yummy with chutney/ sambhar
