Healthy muffins - Ragi/Wheat muffins - No sugar

Healthy muffins


Ingredients:
  1. 1 cup wheat
  2.  1/2 cup Ragi
  3. 3 banans ripen
  4. 1/2 cup butter
  5. 1/4 cup cocoa
  6. 15 dates soaked in milk and grinded
  7. 1/2 cup  half grinded nuts + raisins together
  8. 1 spoon baking powder
  9. Vannila essence
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Cooking oil - 1 tsp

Method:

  • Add butter, grinded dates, cocoa and essence one by one
  • Slowly add wheat flour, ragi flour, salt and oil keep whisking
  • Add grinded nuts and raisins
  • Finally add BP
  • Grease the pan, pour the contents and tap it for air bubbles
  • Bake at 200 degree for 20-30 mins( time varies according to oven). Pierce through a toothpick to test for stickiness.
  • Allow it cool
  • Treat yourself
