Ingredients:
- Pepper - 1 cup
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 cup
- Red chillies- 5
- Oil - to fry
Method:
- Add oil in pan and roast the ingredients
- Until Fenugreek turns little brown
- Allow to cool and grind
- Store in airtight container
I make this powder to reduce the spice and to cool the body from burning sensation from tamarind and chillies .
This powder is optional but it would definitely add taste to tamarind rice
