Veg Crispies

Sometimes craving for fried items are to die for. When crispy, fried veggies are served with yummy taste you can never stop with one serving

Ingredients:

  1. Cauliflower - 1 bunch approx 200gm
  2. Broccoli - 1 bunch approx 100g
  3. Bajji bonda flour - 200g
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  5. Corn flour - 1 tsp
  6. Oil - to deep fry

Recipe:

  • Boil cauliflower and broccoli in adequate water
  • Stain off the water
  • In a mixing bowl, add ginger garlic paste with bajji bonda mix flour with very little water
  • Add the boiled veggies
  • Mix thoroughly
  • Leave it for 15 mins
  • Now, add oil to frying pan and allow to heat
  • Deep fry cauliflower and broccoli until brown
  • Serve hot with sauce 
Tips:
You can fry any veggies in this method
