Veg Crispies
Sometimes craving for fried items are to die for. When crispy, fried veggies are served with yummy taste you can never stop with one serving
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower - 1 bunch approx 200gm
 - Broccoli - 1 bunch approx 100g
 - Bajji bonda flour - 200g
 - Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
 - Corn flour - 1 tsp
 - Oil - to deep fry
 
Recipe:
- Boil cauliflower and broccoli in adequate water
 - Stain off the water
 - In a mixing bowl, add ginger garlic paste with bajji bonda mix flour with very little water
 - Add the boiled veggies
 - Mix thoroughly
 - Leave it for 15 mins
 - Now, add oil to frying pan and allow to heat
 - Deep fry cauliflower and broccoli until brown
 - Serve hot with sauce
 
Tips:
You can fry any veggies in this method
