Dry Fruits Laddu- உலர் பழ லட்டு 


Everyday battle to satisfy nutrients for kids is tiring. This laddu came to rescue. Trust me, this is so delicious and never can stop with one.
Easy to make and can be refrigerated for a week.

Ingredients:

  1. Dates deseedeed- 8
  2. Almonds- 2 tablespoon
  3. Cashews - 2 tablespoon
  4. Raisins- 2 tablespoon
  5. Ghee - 2 tsp

Recipe:

  • Grind dates separately
  • Grind almonds, cashews and raisins to half consistency. They should not become powder
  • In a pan, add ghee
  • Add nuts grinded and roast for 2 mins
  • Add dates grinded and roast
  • When dates start to mix with nuts switch off
  • Make small balls while it's still warm
  • Yummy delicious laddus ready.

Tips

  • Add any dry fruits of your choice
  • Do not powder ingredients as they lose the taste
  • Roast until dates mix with other ingredients so they can be stored last longer
  • Make balls when the mixture is warm. Otherwise, gently reheat the mixture for a minute or two.
