Sambar Powder - store and use


Ingredients:


  1. Bengal gram dhal - 1 cup
  2. Coriander seeds- 1/2 cup
  3. Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
  4. Red chilly - 5
  5. Hing 
  6. Oil  - to fry

Method

  • In a pan, add little oil
  • Add dhal and keep frying
  • After few mins add both the seeds and chillies
  • Fry until golden brown
  • Add hing
  • Allow it to cool and grind
