Ingredients:
- Bengal gram dhal - 1 cup
- Coriander seeds- 1/2 cup
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
- Red chilly - 5
- Hing
- Oil - to fry
Method
- In a pan, add little oil
- Add dhal and keep frying
- After few mins add both the seeds and chillies
- Fry until golden brown
- Add hing
- Allow it to cool and grind
