Ingredients:
- Onion -1
- Tomato small -1
- Carrot -1
- Beans -4
- Chow Chow -1
- Ginger garlic paste - tsp
- Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
- Curd - 2 tsp
- Lemon - few drops
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Cloves -3
- Cinnamon - small piece
- Bay leaf -1
- Oil - 4 tsp
Pre-Method:
- In a small bowl, add curd and mix with ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala and turmeric
Method:
- In pressure cooker, add oil
- Add cloves, cinnamon and bay leaf
- Add onions and other vegetables
- Add the curd mix
- Pressure cook for 3 whistles
- After releasing pressure add little lemon juice and allow to boil for two mins
If added double proportion of curd and masala mix looks like first picture.
Tastes great with chappathi/parota/poori
