Quick Vegetable Kuruma - Used upto two days

Ingredients:

  1. Onion -1
  2. Tomato small -1
  3. Carrot -1 
  4. Beans -4
  5. Chow Chow -1
  6. Ginger garlic paste  - tsp
  7. Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  8. Curd - 2 tsp
  9. Lemon - few drops
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  12. Cloves -3
  13. Cinnamon - small piece
  14. Bay leaf -1
  15. Oil - 4 tsp

Pre-Method:

  • In a small bowl, add curd and mix with ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala and turmeric

Method:

  • In pressure cooker, add oil
  • Add cloves, cinnamon and bay leaf
  • Add onions and other vegetables
  • Add the curd mix
  • Pressure cook for 3 whistles
  • After releasing pressure add little lemon juice and allow to boil for two mins
This can be stored in fridge and used for two days as we do not add coconut :)


If added double proportion of curd and masala mix looks like first picture.
