Ingredients:
- Rice Kanji powder - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 tumbler/ approx 250 ml
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a pan, add water and kanji powder
- Stir well so that it does not make lumps
- Switch on the stove in medium flame
- Add salt
- keep stirring (It thickens and soft to touch)
- Switch off
Uses
- For babies as daily meal
- For sick, when there is temperature, loose stools etc ( Of course with doctor's approval)
- For fuzzy kids, can make it watery and serve them in tumbler
- Can also be served with butter milk
