Rava laddu - 5 mins

Rava Laddu

Ingredients:


  1. Rava - 1 cup
  2. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee - 1/4 cup
  4. Milk as required
  5. Cashews - 4 or 5 ( I had grinded them as my kids don't like them)
  6. Raisins - 4 or 5

  • In a frypan, add ghee. Once starts melting add cashew and raisins 
  • Add rava and fry evenly in medium flame ( it will quickly turn brown otherwise)
  • Once it starts turning little brown. Add sugar and Switch off 
  • Mix thoroughly 
  • Now sprinkle milk little by little and start making balls
  • Milk is only to help make balls.
  • If the shape does not hold tight add little more milk
  • Yummy laddus are ready
