Ingredients:
- Rava - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Milk as required
- Cashews - 4 or 5 ( I had grinded them as my kids don't like them)
- Raisins - 4 or 5
- In a frypan, add ghee. Once starts melting add cashew and raisins
- Add rava and fry evenly in medium flame ( it will quickly turn brown otherwise)
- Once it starts turning little brown. Add sugar and Switch off
- Mix thoroughly
- Now sprinkle milk little by little and start making balls
- Milk is only to help make balls.
- If the shape does not hold tight add little more milk
- Yummy laddus are ready
