Ingredients:
- Pepper -10 tsp
- Jeera - 10 tsp
- Coriander seeds- 9 tsp
- oil - to fry
Method
- In a pan, add oil
- Add all the ingredients
- Keep frying until aroma comes and turn slightly brown
- Turn off
- Allow it to cool
- Grind and store in airtight container
Note:
You can increase the quantity according to the storage container :) I grind them every week so that taste remains fresh.
