Rasam Powder

Ingredients:

  1. Pepper -10 tsp
  2. Jeera - 10 tsp
  3. Coriander seeds- 9 tsp
  4. oil - to fry

Method

  • In a pan, add oil
  • Add all the ingredients
  • Keep frying until aroma comes and turn slightly brown
  • Turn off
  • Allow it to cool
  • Grind and store in airtight container
Note:
You can increase the quantity according to the storage container :) I grind them every week so that taste remains fresh.
