Ingredients
Rava/Semalina Roasted - 1 cup
Coconut grated - 1/2 cup+1/4 cup for topping
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Milk as required
Chocolate syrup ( optional)
Method
- In a medium hot pan add ghee so it melts.
- Add roasted rava+ sugar.
- Switch off
- While mixing add little by little milk so it gets consistency to make shape
- Add coconut
- Take small portion and make like biscuits
- In small plate take grated coconut and roll this biscuit so coconut makes the top layer
- {I have added chocolate syrup in the middle to add flavor}
- Preheat oven at 200 deg for ten min
- Add this biscuits to the tray and bake for 30-45 mins depending on the size of biscuits you make.
- Taste it after it cools down
