Honey Wheat Cake

No Sugar, No All purpose flour, No Eggs :)

A spongy cake made easily with ingredients available at home


Ingredients: 

  1. Wheat flour – 2 1/2 cups
  2. Honey - 3/4 cup
  3. Baking powder  -1tsp
  4. Baking soda – 1tsp
  5. Salt – 1/4 tsp
  6. Melted butter – 3tbsp
  7. Warm milk – 1cup
  8. Warm water -1cup
  9. lemon juice – ½ tsp
  10. Vanilla essence - 1tsp
  11. Kids healthpowder - 2 tsp

Recipe:

  • Preheat the oven to 330 F or 180 C
  • Greese the pan with butter
  • Sieve wheat flour + baking powder + baking soda + salt from little height
  • In a mixing bowl add warm milk +warm water + dates blend + melted butter +lime juice +honey+ vanilla essence and mix it well 
  • Mix both flour mix and milk mix and make it a batter and pour the batter in to the pan
  • Bake at 330F or 180C for 50 mins or check for non-stickiness using toothpick inserted in middle
  • Allow to cool and slice themundefined
