- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Garlic cloves - 4
- red chilly -2
- Pasta - 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup- 1 tsp
- CedAr Shredded cheese - 1 tsp
- Olive oil - 3 tsp
- Butter - 2 tsp
- vegtables - to your choice ( i have added half capscium and carrot)
To Grind:
- In a fry pan add oil and add onion, tomato , red chillies and garlic
- Fry until raw smell goes off
- Cool and grind to paste
To Boil:
- Boil pasta in a pan with water.
- Add salt and a spoon of oil.
- When it becomes soft, drain the water.
- Par boil veggies
Method:
- In a pan, add butter and grind mix
- Add veggies
- Add Ginger garlic paste and saute
- Add pasta
- Add ketchup (this gives wonderful taste like italian)
- Switch off and add shredded cheese
- Mix well and serve hot
