Ingredients:
- Oats - 1 cup
- Wheat - 1 cup
- Palm Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Butter- 3/4 cup
- Millets - 1 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup (approx)
- eggs - 2
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder - 4 tsp
- Vanilla essence -1 tsp
Method:
- Whisk the eggs
- Add sugar
- Add Butter
- Add half of the oats and wheat - Keep whisking
- Add milk to get consistency like dosa batter
- Add cocoa and essence
- Add baking powder
- Grease the tray and pour the mix
- Tap the tray for air bubbles
- (Repeat the above steps with Millets )
- Pour the mix above the existing mix so we get two layers of cake
- Preheat oven at 180 for 15 mins
- Bake at 200 for 40 mins
- Test with toothpick for stickiness
