No Sugar- Ragi/Wheat /Dates Cup cakes - Healthy baking

No sugar / eggs bakes
Ingredients:
  1. wheat - 1 cup
  2. Ragi - 1/2 cup
  3. Banans ripen - 3
  4. butter - 1/2 cup 
  5. cocoa - 1/4 cup 
  6. Dates soaked in milk and grinded - 15 to 20
  7. half grinded nuts + raisins together - 1/2 cup  
  8. Baking powder - 1 Tsp
  9. Vannila essence
  10. Salt - pinch
  11. Cooking oil - 1 tsp
  12. Chocolate chips - to garnish

Method:

  • Add butter, grinded dates, cocoa and essence one by one
  • Slowly add wheat flour, ragi flour, salt and oil keep whisking
  • Add nuts and raisins
  • Finally add Baking powder
  • Grease the pan, pour the contents and tap it for air bubbles
  • Bake at 200 degree for 20-30 mins( time varies according to oven). Pierce through a toothpick to test for stickiness.
  • Allow it cool
  • Treat yourself
