Ingredients:
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Pasta - 1 cup approx 250 ml
Pasta garnish powder - little (available in stores) OR kasuri methi
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup- 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Shredded cheese - 1 tsp
Butter - 3 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
To Grind:
Onion, tomato
To Boil:
Boil pasta in a pan with water. Add salt and a spoon of oil. When it becomes soft, drain the water.
- In a fry pan, add oil and add onion, tomato mix
- Fry until raw smell goes off
- Add Ginger garlic paste and keep frying
- Add garam masala
- Add pasta and add butter
- keep frying until it thickens
- Add ketchup (this gives wonderful taste like italian)
- Add pasta garnish powder or kasuri methi
- Switch off and add shredded cheese
- Mix well and serve hot
