Instant Rasam

quick rasam

Ingredients:

To grind:
Tomatoes - 2
Tamarind- small gooseberry size
Pepper- 2 tsp
Jeera- 2 tp
Coriander seeds- 2 tsp
Water - 2 tumblers (add after grinding)

To temper:
Salt - per taste
Coriander - 1 small bunch chopped
oil - 1 tsp
curry leaves
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp


Take all the ingredients to grind in mixie and grind them.
In a pan, add oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves.
Once they start to splutter pour the grinded content into it.
Add two tumblers of water.
Add turmeric
One it starts to boil add corriander bunch
Switch off and keep it closed.

NOTE:
Any kind of Rasam should not be boiled much, it spoils the taste. 
Garlic could be added to the grinded mix too for garlic rasam
