Strawberry Icecream

Real fruit strawberry icecream without added sugar :) Relish anyday and treat yourself ..

Ingredients

  • Strawberries - 6
  • Heavy cream -2 cups
  • Honey - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp

Recipe:

  • Blend strawberries with honey
  • In a bowl, whisk heavy cream until spikes are formed
  • Add the strawberry mix
  • whisk again till spikes are formed
  • Freeze for 4 hrs
  • Garnish and serve after 4 hrs :)
