Stove Top Baking

A simple guide to easy stove top baking..

Why wait for airfryer or oven to start your baking journey? Easy stove top baking is available for everyone.. Very simple and I shall let you know the hacks for the same. Bookmark this page as I shall keep updating more information while I experiement more.

Requirements:

  • Heavy bottom vessel
  • Small vessel or tray for layer
  • Salt
  • Lid to close the vessel

Basics

  • On a container, add salt
  • On top of it use a vessel or tray to layer
  • On the third layer place the baking tray or pan
  • Baking in two part : preheating and baking

Options

Bake with salt

Bake in empty container

Bake with sand

Suggestions:

  • *Bake with any container
  • * Heavy bottoms cause less damage to the container
  • * Bake with salt or on empty container
  • * Damage to container is more without salt
  • * Important to Cover with lid tight so no air escapes
  • * Reuse the salt several times for baking
  • * The smell of salt inside does come but does not affect the taste of the bake
  • * Baking with Medium flame helps to avoid burning
