Semolina Mini Bread

These bread are made for kids.. Often we forget the grip or mouthsize of kids and offer the usual ones. These are specially made for kids acording to their grip size and mouth size :) Ingredients: Semolina - 3 1/4 cups Dry active yeast - 1 1/2 tsp Or Instant active yeast - 1 tsp Cane Sugar - 1 tsp Salt - a pinch Water - 1 1/2 cups Oil - 1/4 cup Milk/butter - 2 tsp to coat Kids’ health drink powder - 2 tsp to decorate https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inCBx7oV_us

Lasagna

Lasagna Ingredients: Pasta - 2 cups Pasta Sauce - 2 cups Shredded Cheese - 1 1/2 cup Onion - 1 Tomatoes - 1 Seasoning - 3 tsp (Italian or any your choice) White Sauce - 1 cup Salt - taste Water - 3 cups Oil - to Saute Recipe: Pasta Boil Pasta in water with salt Drain the water and keep pasta aside Saute chopped Onion and tomato with little salt in olive oil When get mushy add sauce Mix them well for a min or two Keep aside Prepare white sauce and keep asise In a baking tray/bowl grease the bottom with olive oil Add the Mix in point 2 Layer up little cheese On top of it add the drained pasta Sprinkle the seasoning Add a layer of cheese Add the white pasta on top of it Add remaining cheese Garnish with onion/tomato and sprinkle seasoning Bake for 15- 20 mins at 300F Serve warm :) தேவையான பொருட்கள்: பாஸ்தா - 2 கப் பாஸ்தா சாஸ் - 2 கப் துண்டாக்கப்பட்ட சீஸ் - 1 1/2 கப் வெங்காயம் - 1 தக்காளி - 1 seasoning - 3...

Milagu Kuzhambu - மிளகு குழம்பு As the winter is approaching, everyone needs some dish to keep away from cold/cough. This traditional dish is given everyday during winter for all ages and to women especially after delivery to sooth them. This can be stored for weeks together. This is so tasty that you cannot get over eating it.
