Ingredients:
- Noodles - 1 cup (brake into half or smaller)
- Water - 2 cups
- Salt - per taste
- Diced Vegetable of your choice - 1/2 cup
- Olive Oil - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1tsp
Recipe:
- Boil noodles in water until it becomes soft and mashy
- Drain water keep aside
- In a pan, add oil
- Fry vegetables
- Add pepper
- Fry for a min or two
- Add boiled noodles
- Mix well
- switch off
- Serve hot
