Oats and nuts cake

Nutty crunch oats brownie with choco lava edge - No maid/ eggless

Ingredients:
  1. Wheat - 1 cup
  2. Oats -2 cup
  3. butter - 1/2 cup 
  4. cocoa - 1/4 cup 
  5. Palm sugar - 1/3 cup
  6. half grinded nuts + raisins together - 1 cup  
  7. Baking powder - 1 Tsp
  8. Vannila essence
  9. Milk - 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Add butter and sugar whisk well
  • Add oats, wheat, milk, cocoa and essence one by one
  • Add nuts and raisins
  • Finally add Baking powder
  • Grease the pan, pour half of the the contents and tap it for air bubbles
  • Around the edges add chocolate pieces
  • pour the remaining cake mix 
  • Pre heat oven at 180 for 15 mins
  • Bake at 200 degree for 20-30 mins( time varies according to oven). Pierce through a toothpick to test for stickiness.
  • Allow it cool
  • Treat yourself
