Appam - quick snack

Ingredients:

  1. Wheat - 1 cup
  2. Jaggery - 1 cup
  3. Water -  3 cups
  4. Ghee/ oil - 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Dilute jaggery in water without lumps
  • Add wheat
  • Mix it without lumps in dosa batter consistency
  • Use paniyaram maker and pour required appams.
