Appam - Quick healthy snack
Ingredients:
- Wheat - 1 cup
- Jaggery - 1 cup
- Water - 3 cups
- Ghee/ oil - 1/2 cup
Method:
- Dilute jaggery in water without lumps
- Add wheat
- Mix it without lumps in dosa batter consistency
- Use paniyaram maker and pour required appams.
